Accuracy Testing:
With 12 points of geometry to manage, a CNC operator has to have confidence in all the angles. Titan Machine Services offers ball bar testing to analyze alignment and help identify the source of any problems. We can complete testing on a machine in less than a day and usually can offer a same-day quote on any corrective measures.
Preventive Maintenance:
Titan Machine Services has a full-service Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for both CNC and manual machines. Oil and filter changes, key component inspections, accuracy testing, electronic testing and control testing are just a few of the areas covered by our plan. Our PM checklist is tailored to each machine, and our thorough documentation will satisfy your peace of mind while helping you demonstrate your PM program to your own customers. We currently have more than 150 machines on a regular Preventive Maintenance schedule.
Machine Relocation:
Titan Machine Services has moved just about every size of CNC machine manufactured – up to hangar-scale units for Tinker Air Force Base. We have some of the best alignment and leveling equipment made, an experienced team, and a meticulous process that accounts for every wire, guard and cover plate so that your new installation is as good or better than your last. Titan also offers connection of electrical and air to the machine if needed.
